Senior Account Executive
Responsible for representing NeoTool’s integration software solution to healthcare vendors including both application software providers and medical device manufacturers. Leads all aspects of sales activity for new and incremental revenue opportunities through consultative discussion and value proposition development. This responsibility includes generating new leads, qualifying the opportunities, preparing & delivering presentations, and documenting activity.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive prospecting into new, named accounts (travel required)
- Complete sales cycle responsibilities from prospecting to closing
- Primary focus will be on penetration of new accounts that do not have an existing relationship with NeoTool
- Establish and build executive-level relationships
- Understand and assess customers’ business objectives, strategies, and operating model requirements
- Overall account management including detailed account planning, sales forecasting and communication within the team and customer
- Coordinating and responding to RFP/RFI requests from customers
- Consultative, strategic, and conceptual selling skills
- The ability to relate to technical buyers
- Significant organizational, planning, oral/written communication skills
- The ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to lead and coordinate appropriate resources throughout a sales cycle
- Solution selling experience
- History of opening new accounts
- Experienced in selling in complex technical sales environments
- History of calling and presenting at the CTO/VP Engineering/VP Support level
- Ability to present product value proposition to all levels within an organization
- Must be a proven self-starter who enjoys working independently
- Must have good verbal/written communications skills
- Superior presentations skills
- 5+ years of successful Software Sales experience desired with a focus on selling solutions
- Experienced in replacing existing software solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Implementation Consultant
As an implementation consultant at NeoTool, you will have full responsibility for client projects but with strong internal support to accomplish the job successfully. Client projects include installing the flagship product, NeoIntegrate, as well as consulting on interfacing workflow and architecture. Participating in pre-sales activities also will be a key part of the position. NeoTool is currently looking for a consultant who enjoys working in a fast-growing company where you do a variety of different tasks all leading towards exceeding customer expectations. You will need a desire for accountability to make a positive impact on the company culture that is already focused on cross-company teamwork and doing the right thing for customers.
Experience:
- Competence in learning and mastering software applications to the expert level
- Exposure to application level programming
- Exposure to HL7 and application interfacing
- Experience in analyzing customers' business requirements and software/product objectives and developing an application configuration in products to meet customers' needs
- Practice in estimating time frames, quality and quantity of tasks required to successfully implement project
- Familiarity with measuring project progress and analyzing overall project success
- Experience in following, maintaining and improving the implementation methodology
- Outstanding and effective communication skills to produce delighted reference customers
- Employs the expertise of others and provides expertise in a team environment
Education:
Four-year college degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare or related field, or comparable work experience.

Senior Software Engineer / Developer
As a Software Engineer at NeoTool, you will build customer-centered software products for the healthcare market.
Requirements:
- Solid computer scientist and professional developer with an extensive background in software engineering and object oriented design
- 3-10 years of experience with VB/C/C++/VC++ experience under Windows
- Technology wish list:
- Visual C++ (Guru level)
- Windows XP/Windows Server 2003 service-level programming
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Real world experience writing real software products for real customers
- Background as a "core developer" working on a significant software product where you personally wrote many thousands of lines of code
- Desire to make a positive impact on the company culture that is already focused on cross-company teamwork and doing the right thing for customers
Experience:
- Familiarity with Visual Basic, COM/DCOM, ActiveX, VSS, ATL, OCX, MFC, and other short, three-letter acronyms

NeoTool provides software solutions to the technical staff that builds, maintains, and supports the logical network/data links between healthcare applications. Our core product is a multi-threaded, VC++ interface engine that runs as a service under Windows 2000 or better. The GUIs are a mixture of VC++ and VB. The product architecture provides for user extensions written in COM.

Client Support Engineer
