Last night NeoTool hosted its 25th consecutive Tuesday Night Party (TNP) at the Spring 2007 HL7 Working Group Meeting in Cologne, Germany. There was great turn out of HL7 messaging experts despite some bad directions and map provided by yours truly.
The venue was spectacular and the weather was outstanding. The TNP was held at Früh Am Dom Brewery just 100 yards from the cathedral in central Cologne. As you might expect, everyone had a great German experience in a building that has been home to Früh since 1898. (As a note, this brewery was a late comer to Cologne, which has seen beer brewing along the Rhine river since the 1300s.)
At this morning’s coffee break during the HL7 conference, two people commented how NeoTool’s TNP has become the best chance for many HL7 volunteers to network with one another while continuing the HL7 standards development process to improve healthcare integration.
The TNP is NeoTool’s way to say “Thanks” for all the hard work.
