Loading ...HIMSS EHRVA developed a Quick Start Guide for implementing the Continuity of Care Document (CCD). HIMSS EHRVA is a trade association of Electronic Health Record (EHR) vendors. Included in the file are two sample CCDs. The guide seems to be a useful resource for implementers of integrated healthcare systems.
